Peat Fire Sour
Our Peat Fire Sour was another cocktail designed for Kilchoman, this time using their award winning Sanaig Single Malt. This whisky is matured in both Ex-Bourbon and Ex-Sherry casks giving it a rich, fruity, spicy character to compliment the already smokey spirit.
For this cocktail we wanted to represent Sanaig, looking for something that was not only rich but also had a freshness that meant it could be served all year round.
The finishing touch on this cocktail was a roasted marshmallow with a dusting of flamed cinnamon - something to keep you warm during those long winter nights (or the wet summer ones if you're from Scotland!)

Smokey Bramble Julep
Designed for Kilchoman's Bramble Liqueur, this cocktail is derived from two classics: the Bramble and the Mint Julep.
This Bramble Liqueur is made using Kilchoman's peated new make spirit. The smokiness resonates through the cocktail to give this pour an intriguing finish.
